Fannie Mae's Bold Move: New Program Opens Doors for Latino Homeownership!

Some fantastic news from Fannie Mae just released and it's all about opening up doors to homeownership for Latino communities across the country.

Fannie Mae, whose main job is to keep the housing market's cash flowing, has just unveiled a set of brand-new resources and programs to help make homeownership more attainable.

According to a study by the Urban Institute, a whopping 70% of new homeowners from 2020 to 2040 will be Latino! That's a big deal.

But Fannie Mae's new program aims to change that! Fannie Mae's HomeView, a homebuyer education course launched in 2022, will now be available in Spanish!
