4 Out of 5 Homebuyers Who Bought Post-Pandemic Still Happy With Purchase
A recent study that surveyed homebuyers who purchased within the past two years found that a whopping 80% don't regret their most recent home purchase. This is pretty significant considering that these home shoppers faced a hot housing market fueled by price competition.
Homebuyers in this bracket were likelier to have paid over the listing price than those who purchased five years prior.
Interestingly, more than a quarter of surveyed homebuyers admitted they made an offer without seeing the home's interior in person. Only 7% took that same leap of faith five years ago.
For comparison, 86% of homebuyers who bought more than five years ago reported being still satisfied with their purchase.
Considering the challenges those homebuyers faced and our current market, chances are excellent that buying a home this year will be one of the happiest decisions you'll make!
Let's talk and get some of that happiness, too!
